Please email any questions, comments, or suggestions to customerservice@hootersgear.com. We will reply to all emails within 48 hours. HootersGear.com doesn't offer every product available for the Hooters Restaurants. We do change our product offering often, so continue to check back.

Things to Remember

  1. We do not accept checks.
  2. We only ship within the continental US.
  3. Shipping of your purchase takes 7-10 business days.
  4. We maintain the right to change the price, and items, at any time without notice.
  5. We cannot complete orders that do not supply:
    • Full Name (first/last)
    • Full Address (Road/Street, City, State, Zip)

Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item to HootersGear.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from HootersGear.com. Items bought in our restaurants cannot be returned via HootersGear.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We will not accept items returned after 60 days.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Packing And Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:

  1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  2. Mail to:

  3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.

Lost Packing Slip?
If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it . We have a copy in our system. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you don't have the packing slip or the order number? No problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the person who purchased the gift, along with the reason for your return, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
