Do I have to be a certain age to enter a Hooters restaurant?
No, Hooters restaurants are family friendly and kids are often the stars of the show.

You must be at least 17 years old for hourly employment opportunities with Hooters of America, Inc. and at least 18 or 21 for the Hooters Girl position depending on local alcohol service laws.

Hooters Gift Cards
Can I purchase a Hooters Gift Card online?
At this time our gift cards are only available for purchase through our store locations. Click on the Store Locator below to find a location near you. We are currently working to provide gift cards online.

Can I use my Hooters Gift Card for online purchases?
Currently gift cards may only be redeemed in our stores for food, beverage and merchandise purchases. We are currently working to enable gift card purchases for online merchandise.

Merchandise

Do you sell the Hooters Girl Uniform?
The Hooters Girl is every bit as special and coveted to us as she is to you. As a result, the Hooters Girl uniform is only available to actively employed Hooters Girls. We are very protective of our girls and our brand. We do, however, offer the classic Hooters Girl orange shorts. We also sell a ribbed tank top and the lycra tank top just like our girls wear. Name tags, pouches, and panty hose are not available to the public."

Can I get a Hooters item with a particular store's name/location on it?
Currently our name drop merchandise is available in the specific stores only. We are currently evaluating offering our standard ladies rib tanks (black and white) and our men's standard Hooters logo shirts (black and white) with the option of adding a specific restaurant name/location to the shirt.

Why can I not find an item I saw in a Hooters restaurant on your site?
We attempt to keep our merchandise selection fresh and ever changing. As a result, some stores may have merchandise inventory on hand after the inventory at Hootersgear.com has been depleted. Obviously we will continue to produce and have available many of our signature items. Additionally, many of our franchise locations do offer selected merchandise that is not currently available from Hootersgear.com.

Do you have a catalog you can ship to me?
Due to the ever changing selection of Hooters merchandise and apparel we do not maintain a physical catalog.

Is Hooters merchandise and apparel on site such as EBay authentic?
Hootergear.com is the only officially licensed retailer of Hooters branded merchandise and apparel. While many of the items seen on EBay and other sites may be authentic Hooters items being resold, we can not guarantee items that are not purchased through Hootersgear.com.

Why can I not add a particular item on your site to my shopping cart?
If a particular item you see on our site is not available, it is temporarily out of stock. Since we do not accept back-orders, please check back with us in a couple of days for updated inventory.

How do I know the correct size for a particular item?
Each apparel item will have a size chart button on its "item description" page. Because we use multiple vendors for different types of apparel, make sure you check the size chart for the exact item that you are looking to purchase.

I have not received my password, what do I do?
Your password should be received within a couple of moments after completing registration. Your password will be sent to the email address that you submitted during the registration process. If you do not receive your password after several minutes, please verify that your email browser will accept email messages from Hootersgear.com.

What payment options are available?
We currently accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We are also working to enable customers to use the Hooters Gift Card for online purchases. We hope to have this functionality in place by summer 2007.

Do I receive bonus points on my Hooters MasterCard when I use it for purchases on Hootersgear.com?
Yes, just as in our restaurants, you will receive 5 points for every dollar spent on Hootergear.com. To apply for the Hooters MasterCard please go to http://www.Hooterscard.com.

Shipping

What shipping options are available?
We currently use UPS for our shipping service. All of their shipping options are available (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and standard ground). Please keep in mind that your shipping selection can significantly alter your total billed amount.

How long does it take my item(s) to be received after I place my order?
All orders received by 2:00pm are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. Time in transit through UPS to your location will depend on the UPS service level selected and the distance from our warehouse to you.

Do you ship to PO/ APO/ FPO Boxes?
Effective May 1, 2007 we will begin to ship to domestic US Post Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs around the world to accommodate our men and women in service to our country.

At this time we do not ship outside of the US except to US APOs/FPOs. We are currently evaluating shipping internationally.
